The key piece to succeeding with hemp is finding the dosage that works for you. Many people find that including 25mg of hemp in their daily diet creates their desired benefits. We recommend starting with around 15mg of hemp per day and then increasing the amount until you find the level that is right for you. The effects of hemp will last 4-8 hours in the body. So, we recommend taking half of your daily amount in the morning and then half afternoon or evening, in order to get the effects all day long.
How to take hemp
Hemp oils are one of the most effective ways of taking hemp. Use the dropper to measure your desired amount (1 mL= 1 dropper). Then place the oil under your tongue and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing. Placing the oil under your tongue is one of the fastest ways to feel the benefits of hemp. If you prefer, you can also mix the oil into a drink or smoothie. If you mix the product with food or drink it may take up to an hour to feel the effects.
